The Phone Numbers section in Lead Docket is where your texting number(s) and potentially CallRail/Call Tracking Metric numbers will be housed.
If you do have CallRail, please refer to this article for integration:
*Most firms will only need 1 texting number to text leads from. However, you may have need of multiple texting numbers if you would like it based on area code and office location OR for marketing purposes. PLEASE NOTE: each texting number is an additional cost to the firm.
- Head to the Phone Numbers section under the Manage tab
2. If you would like to add a new number, click "Add Phone Number"
Here you can search for a new number based on: local number in a specific area code, local number near an existing number, OR local number in a specific postal code
3. Click "Search" and a list of available numbers will populate for you to choose from. If there are no numbers available, then you must change the postal or area code.
4. Give the phone number a name and provide a Ring To Number - this is the number the lead will be forwarded to if they call the texting number.
You may also associate a marketing source, contact source, case type, or office to this specific texting number.
5. Once you have setup your new texting number, click "Save"
