The marketing and contact source values can be found on the Lead Sources page. Adjustments to the marketing and contact source dropdowns can be made here.
To add a new source, click Add New on the top right corner. Enter the source name, then select yes/no for marketing and contact source.
You can delete a lead source if it has not been associated with existing lead data.
If there is lead data associated with the lead source, the delete button will not be visible.
If the delete button is not visible, to remove the source from the dropdowns both the marketing and contact source will need to be marked as no.
Marking a lead source that has associated lead data as no for both marketing and contact source will delete the lead's marketing/contact source information. The lead source data should be changed for each lead before the source is removed from the marketing/contact source options.
