Professional referral contact information can be stored on the Referral Sources page. This would include incoming and outgoing referral sources, Firms, Medical Professionals, State Bar Associations, Advocacy Groups, etc.
Referral Sources marked as incoming sources would appear on the intake form when a user clicks "search" above the Referred By field.
Those marked as outgoing will appear in the Referred To dropdown when the Lead Status is selected as Referred. Outgoing referral contacts with an email address would receive the referral dashboard outlined in the referral process.
