Severity Levels

The severity level allows you to rank whether the lead is a good potential case or not. The 1 - 5 value is reflected in the star rating which can be seen on the intake dashboard and in the lead profile. 

The severity level is a required field and will need to be filled in before a lead is created. 

To edit the text next to the 1 - 5 values in the severity level dropdown, click on Manage > Severity Levels > then Edit next to the value you want to change. 

Severity level values can be used in reports, both as a report column or as a filter.
