Lead Docket to Lead Docket Integration (Referral Sources)

Referral partners that both use Lead Docket for their intake management system can take advantage of the Lead Docket to Lead Docket integration to reduce manual lead entry.

This integration allows the "referred by" or source firm to send leads directly into the opportunities section on the intake dashboard of the "referred to" or destination firm. 

Set Up Process

1. Ensure both parties agree to have their Lead Dockets integrated

2. In both parties Lead Docket's go to Manage > Integrations > Add New > Referral Form

3. In one parties Lead Docket click "View Links" on the Referral Form integration. You will see a list of links for each Referral Source. Copy the link of the Referral Source you would like to integrate. 

4. Go to the other parties Lead Docket and go to Manage > Referral Sources > Choose the correct Referral Source. Paste the referral link into the "Partner CRM Endpoint" box. Click Save.

5. Complete the same process in the other parties Lead Docket. This will integrate both parties Lead Dockets with each other.

FAQs

Where can I see the new referrals in my Lead Docket? 
The new lead will appear in the opportunities section of the intake dashboard, just like a standard integration.

Will I continue to receive the referral details through my email? 

Yes, you (destination firm) will continue to receive new referral information through email in addition to the lead data feeding into the opportunities. 

How can I give updates on the referral status? 

Updates to the referral status will need to be made in the referral dashboard. Changing the lead status in your Lead Docket will not update the source firm on the referral status. 

How do I know which firm sent me the referral? 

You will be able to view the source firm in the referred by field in the opportunity. 

What information is sent through the integration? 

The integration will send the following referral information: 

First name, middle name, last name, address, email address, phone number, case type, incident date, and summary.
