In this help article, you will find information on associating your CallRail Tracking Numbers with specific items in the Marketing Source, Contact Source, Case Type, and Office fields in Lead Docket.
NOTE: You must have your CallRail account integrated with Lead Docket in order to complete the steps below. Please refer to our help article on Integrating CallRail with Lead Docket.
Step 1: Go to Manage > Phone Numbers > Other Options > Add CallRail
Step 2: Choose the phone number you want to start with
Step 3: Choose the Marketing Source, Contact Source, Case Type, and/or Office that you would like that specific tracking number to be associated with
Step 4: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen
Repeat as needed for all of your call tracking numbers.
Helpful Tips: If you are starting to advertise on Google My Business, Google LSA, or have more than one office location, it is always best practice to have the Office Location in Lead Docket and associated with the tracking number. This will help auto-allocate these leads where you can later run reports on your Expenses and Conversion information, such as Return on Investment.
