TCPA Compliant Website Forms
Step 1: Go to the Customers & Leads dropdown in the left menu and click the Forms & Submissions option. Once you navigate to the Forms & Submissions page, choose the website form you'd like to edit.
Step 2: Add a Checkbox field from the menu on the left. Once the checkbox is added to the form, make sure to put the Checkbox Message in the box on the right side of the screen.
NOTE: This does not need to be required or checked by default. End users should have the option to opt-in to this.
Step 3: Go to the Advanced section on the Checkbox field and rename the field key. This is the header that will send to Lead Docket.
Step 4: Click the Save button at the top-right of the screen
Integrate Website Form
Step 1: Go to the Automations section in the left menu and click the New Automation button at the top-right of the screen
Step 2: Choose the Start from Scratch option in the left menu of the pop-up box
Step 3: In this next section, complete the following areas -
a. Rename the title to "Form Submission to Lead Docket" or something similar
b. Select your trigger of "Wix Forms"
c.* Depending on the form setup, you can choose Any, or only a Specific Form. If all forms on the website are the exact same, choose the option of Any. If the forms are all different, you will need to choose one form at a time and integrate each one separately, and with different endpoints from Lead Docket.
Step 4: In this section, complete the following areas:
a. Select your trigger of Send via Webhook
b. Add in the JSON Endpoint from Lead Docket to the Target URL field
c.* Depending on what option you'd like to choose, you can use the default values to send from Wix, or you can Customize Structure to make your own headers. ALWAYS TEST YOUR CHOSEN OPTION.
Step 5: Scroll to the top of the page and click the Activate button at the bottom of the page.
