NOTE: Text Message Templates and Email Message Templates use different links, so follow the instructions below to see how to add your Calendly Scheduling Link to your Text and Email Message Templates Accordingly.
Text Message Templates and Your Calendly Link
Step 1: Go to Manage > Message Templates > Add New > Text Message
OR
Click Edit on the Text Message Template that currently exists that you'd like to add the Calendly Link to.
Step 2: Once in the Message Template, type in the body of the Text Message Template and click the Choose Widget to Insert. Choose the option for Calendly Scheduling Link and click Insert.
Step 3: IMPORTANT STEP: When you click the Insert button, the link that gets added to the Text Message Template will look like this:

BE SURE TO REMOVE EVERYTHING AND MAKE THE LINK BE JUST THE CALENDLY LINK:
https://calendly.com/docket-launch-team?sfid={LeadId}
Your Text Message Template should look like this when you have corrected the link
Step 4: Add in the rest of your criteria for the Text Message Template and click Save at the bottom of the page to save your Text Message Template.
When the end user receives the text message, it will look like this:
Email Message Templates and Your Calendly Link
Step 1: Go to Manage > Message Templates > Add New > Email Message
OR
Click Edit on the Email Message Template that currently exists that you'd like to add the Calendly Link to.
Step 2: Once in the Message Template, type in the body of the Email Message Template and click the Choose Widget to Insert. Choose the option for Calendly Scheduling Link and click Insert.
Step 3: IMPORTANT STEP: When you click the Insert button, the link that gets added to the Email Message Template will look like this:

NOTE: Only Email Message Templates allow for hyperlinks. Hyperlinks allow you to not show the link and can redirect the person receiving the email when they click on the words, rather than them having to click on the link directly.
The Widget currently has the hyperlink option there, but if you'd like to add it to a specific set of words, such as "click here" then follow the screenshot below.
Step 4: Add in the rest of your criteria for the Email Message Template and click Save at the bottom of the page to save your Email Message Template.
When the end user receives the email message, it will look like this:
