Domain authentication shows email providers that Lead Docket has your permission to send emails on your behalf. To give Lead Docket permission, you point DNS entries from your DNS provider (like GoDaddy, Rackspace, or Cloudflare) to Lead Docket. Your recipients will no longer see the “via leaddocket.com” message on your emails.
Instructions on how to install DNS records:
1. Ask your Lead Docket Implementor or Lead Docket Support for the DNS records. They will look like this:
2. Install the DNS records with your DNS provider (this example is from GoDaddy):
3. Confirm with your Lead Docket Implementor/Lead Docket Support that the records have been installed. They will verify this in Lead Docket and Domain Authentication is complete!
