Referral Sources must have an email address listed to receive referral notifications from Lead Docket
Lead Docket is a lead management tool used to organize the intake process.
Before the lead is signed on as a client, during intake, they are assigned a lead status that categorizes where they are in the intake process.
These lead statuses have workflows (automatic messages & internal tasks) that are meant to get the lead moving forward and ultimately signed on (or declined).
The default lead statuses are…
Intake Review, Chase, Under Review, Pending Signup, Scheduled, Hold, Lost, Referred, Rejected, Signed Up, Closed
The Referred status is used to send referrals to other firms/attorneys.
The Referral Dashboard
When you send a lead to another firm using the Referred status, the referred to firm is sent an email with the case details along with a link to the Referral Dashboard.
This allows them to keep the referring firm up-to-date on the status of the referrals.
Referred to firms (firms receiving the referral) do not need to have Lead Docket to use this dashboard.
Referred has 2 substatuses -
No Follow-Up: send case details and Referral Dashboard, no reminder emails sent to referred to firm.
Pending Review: Send case details and Referral Dashboard, reminder email sent to referred to firm to update referral status, tasks assigned internally to follow up on referral
Pending Review
