If a Contact in Lead Docket has a language selected other than English, then the format for dates on that lead/contact will change to the culture of the language.
These fields use the culture of the contact:
- TodaysDate
- TodaysDateLong
- ClientBirthdate
- ClientDeathDate
- IncidentDate
- IncidentDateLong
- AppointmentDate
- CreationDate
- ClosedDate
- SignupDate
- PrimaryRelatedContactBirthdate
If you are adding these dates to any Document Generation or Vinesign Templates or DocuSign Templates, please be aware of this, as you may need to use a custom merge code to reformat the date.
